Wonderful World recently released episode 12 on MBC and Disney Plus. Starring Cha Eun-Woo as Kwon Seon-Yul and Kim Nam-Joo as Eun Soo-Hyun, the K-drama currently revolves around the lead characters discovering shocking truths.
In the previous episode, Soo-Hyun helped Seon-Yul while he was mourning his mother’s death. She revealed that his mother’s accident was intentional and that Kim Joon was the culprit. On the other hand, Seon-Yul found a recording of his late father and Soo-Hyun’s last encounter. He regretted seeking revenge on Seon-Yul.
The Wonderful World episode 12 begins with Soo-Hyun handing over evidence of Seon-Yul’s mother’s death. Later, she also seeks his help to find out the truth about her son’s accident. The two turn allies in the latest episode.
Wonderful World episode 12 spoilers: Cha Eun-Woo helps Kim Nam-Joo in her son’s accident case
In Wonderful World episode 12, a few flashbacks imply that Seon-Yul (Cha Eun-Woo) has always known Kim Joon (Park Hyuk-Kwon) as a criminal. The latter intentionally kills Seon-Yul’s mother after she blackmails him for exposing him.
Meanwhile, Soo-Hyun investigates Seon-Yul’s mother’s accident in depth. She learns that Kim Joon is the culprit and that he has even tried to fool Seon-Yul. During her investigation, she learns that the prosecutor, judge, and attorney in her son’s accident case that happened several years ago were Kim Joon’s people. She now believes that he is involved in her son’s death and bashes her husband Soo-Ho (Kim Kang-Woo) for giving up on seeking revenge on Kim Joon.
Hence, Soo-Ho restarts his revenge plan and joins Kim Joon’s team to watch him closely. On the other hand, Seon-Yul drops a major clue to Soo-Hyun about her son’s accident. He mentions that, before dying, his mother said one word, “tablet.” He also thinks that his place was recently searched for that device.
Soo-Hyun figures out that the tablet is her son’s. Later, her neighbor confirms that the day Soo-Hyun’s son came out of the house, he was carrying the tablet. The female lead begins to search her entire house for the device. She calls Soo-Ho and asks him about it. He rushes home, but Soo-Hyun has already left.
She realizes something and arrives at Seon-Yul’s house. At the same time, he discovers that the locket his mother gave him must have the evidence.
Wonderful World episode 12 ending: Kim Nam-Joo finds a recording of her son’s final moment
Towards the Wonderful World episode 12 ending, Seon-Yul and Soo-Hyun sit across each other at the former’s house. He dismembers the locket and finds a memory card. In it, there is a document mentioning a storage locker number.
Soo-Hyun rushes to the place, followed by Seon-Yul. At the mentioned locker number, she finds her son’s tablet. She comes home and plays the video recording featuring her son’s final moment. So far, she knew that Seon-Yul’s father was the driver of the car that hit her son. However, the recording reveals that Kim Joon was driving the car and asked Seon-Yul’s father to take the fall for him. The culprit used Seon-Yul as bait to convince his father.
While Soo-Hyun listens to the recording, Seon-Yul is just outside the room and hears everything. Both the characters are in pain and agony after learning the truth. Meanwhile, Yu-Ri learns that Soo-Hyun’s mother suffers from memory loss.
Wonderful World is nearing a thrilling end. MBC and Disney Plus air new episodes on Friday and Saturday.
