The ongoing romantic C-drama, The Farewell Song, has recently updated fans with some stills from the upcoming episodes. The drama features Li Ting Ting and Zhou Cheng Ao in the lead roles. It tells the story of Ma Zhuo (Li Ting Ting), who moved to a new city with her mother in childhood. She befriends Xia Ze (Zhou Cheng Ao), and they eventually fall in love. Everything seems to be going smoothly until, in a strange turn of events, Ma Zhuo’s mother and Xia Ze’s father get accused of murdering somebody.
This event turns their lives upside down and deeply affects their mental sanity. But instead of accepting their defeat, they search for the truth behind the bizarre accusations.

Rao Xue Man and Li Jing Ling are the screenwriters of the drama, which is an adaptation of Rao Xue Man’s novel Li Ge. The C-drama follows the genres of romance, thriller, and youth.
