Arthur the King premiered in the US theaters on March 15, 2024. Lionsgate is the official distributor of the film and will likely release it on its in-house service Starz sometime in late 2024 as per the Pay-One window.
Arthur the King is an adventure film that explores themes such as human perseverance, empathy, and kindness through the bond between a man and a stray dog he encounters. Michael Light, a professional adventure racer, comes across a dog during a race. The plot follows them and Michael’s team as they navigate the challenges the race offers.

Lions Gate Entertainment Corporation (Lionsgate) is the parent company of both Starz and Lionsgate Films. The former reportedly has the Pay-One rights to all of Lionsgate’s theatrical releases. So, Arthur the King will likely make its streaming debut on this platform. It will subsequently move to Roku and Peacock due to the post-Pay-One deals Lionsgate made with those services.
Current Starz subscribers should be able to watch the film when it airs. The platform comes with two options. The monthly plan is $9.99 per month, whereas the six-month plan is $46. The prices listed here do not take any special offers into account.
