The newest Tekken 8 video from Bandai Namco Entertainment is a special one, as it features Succession‘s Brian Cox summarizing the series’ story.
Throughout the video, Cox delves into the wild and violent history of Heihachi Mishima, Kazuya Mishima, and Jin Kazama. Alongside footage from each of the games, the acclaimed actor explains how the Mishima family constantly undermines and attempts to murder one another, leading into Tekken 8‘s climactic clash.

Recently, Bandai Namco showed off Tekken 8’s Ultimate Edition in a new video. The Ultimate Edition of the game is available to preorder now for $109.99 on Bandai Namco’s website and offers up some digital bonuses for fans.
This includes 32 Gold Suit costumes for each character, exclusive skins and t-shirt designs for players avatars, and the Playable Character Year 1 Pass, granting players access to the future batch of DLC set to arrive in the game.
When does Tekken 8 release?
Tekken 8 is set to release for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC on January 26, 2024. The game features a variety of memorable returning characters like Jin, Kazuya, Jun, and Paul alongside new characters like Azucena Milagros Ortiz Castillo and Jack-8.
